I recommend our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e75ZR as the best option for your 2024 Toyota Highlander. I feel this one is best as it has the easy bolt on installation with hidden cross-tube and a matte black finish for a clean OEM appearance.

You will want to install the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59496 when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector to attach your trailer lighting on most small trailers. If you need to pull larger trailers which come with electric brakes you can add the 7-Way # ETBC7 along with a Brake Controller # RED52VR.
