The Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack # TV64FR is the closest we have to the Round, Pipe Mount Swivel Jack # TJP-7001S-B with a power drill attachment. This jack is only rated for up to 5,000lbs versus 7,000lbs like the jack you found. It also has a bolt on connection but has a similar pipe mount which allows you to easily remove and swivel the jack like the one you found.
