Yes, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH59VR is confirmed to fit your 2023 BMW X3M Competition. This receiver has a 2" opening for carrying hitch mounted accessories. If you need to do any towing you will want the Kit # SH45VR which includes the Towing Kit # SH58VR. This part can also be added at a later date if you decide later you need the towing capability.
