No, it won't but there is one. I checked with Stealth Hitches and the correct one for the 2020 BMW X3 M Competition is Item # SH45VR.

The Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit item # SH62VR, you were looking at, only fits the M40i, xDrive30i, and sDrive30i models.
