Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.
The Quickloader retractable ratchet strap makes it simple to secure your cargo, no matter where you're using it. With a working load limit of 1,000 lbs, this strap is perfect for medium duty applications like securing your utility ATV or bringing home heavy equipment from the store. And you don't even have to thread the strap. It comes ready to use, right out of the package.
Quickloader takes away the hassle of typical ratchet straps. The spring-loaded spool keeps the strap neatly wound up in a self-contained unit. The strap automatically retracts onto the spool, leaving you with only the strap you need and no excess to tie down. Additionally, the longer handle allows for more leverage, which makes ratcheting the strap down on your cargo even easier.

What's going on everybody, Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at a revolutionary ratchet strap. It's called The Quickloader strap. And it's in the name. This is going to give you a lot less hassle whenever you're tying stuff up, it's going to be a lot quicker, a lot easier. The one you see here is 15 ft long, and all of that strap is confined within the spring loaded wheel here, which is awesome.
I absolutely love these things, and these are just going to be all in all the best option. When it comes to ratchet straps, it's got a massive handle that I love, and it's just so much better than any other ratchet strap I've ever dealt with. We are going to have about an inch thick, and we're going to have double J hooks. As you can see here, they are coded. So if we do decide to just strap them directly to whatever we're tying down, we totally can. We don't have to worry about it scratching all of that paint, but also we have a D-ring here.
So this is what I use to tie it down as you get to see down here, pretty much, all I did, was just loop it around. And this is just putting a lot less strain on the finish of my mower here. So you saw how quick and easy it was to unload. Let's go ahead and load it up, and you'll see how simple it is. And when it comes to tying stuff down, whether you're doing it for work like me, for Mowing or does doing it for play, it's going to be able to get you to that job site quicker or to the farm or river a lot quicker.
So then you can go ahead and just enjoy your time.Done deal. And if you're like me and you leave this stuff outside too, we have a treated metal that makes up this portion of the strap. So it's not going to rust away over time. Not only is this going to make loading and unloading a lot quicker, it's also going to make storing them a lot easier. I usually store them in the trailer bag just because it's perfect size.
It gets everything in there, check it out. They're not tangled. This is enough for me to be convinced to never use a normal ratchet strap ever again. And it's really, really simple to do. You saw me unload it before, but it's just so quick and so easy. I don't mind doing it over and over for you guys just because, the strap is awesome. So it's really, really simple to load unload and pack away, especially in the etrailer bags.So if you don't got a bag, grab one of these, this is what I use and I love it. But when it comes to safe loading, we actually are plenty okay with these two straps, they are going to have a working load limit about a 1000 pounds, but they're going to have a break strength of 3000 pounds. So with the two straps we we're using to tie down my 450 pound mower, we're plenty safe. So if you really want to be hauling safely, we really want all of you guys to do that. This is what you got to do. Step one, figure out exactly what you plan on tying down. For me it's my mower. Then figure out exactly how much it weighs. Then, figure out exactly how many straps you plan on using with that piece of machinery, whatever it may be. And then you go on our website, pick out the ratchet strap that you want, take the working load limit of that strap that you want, and times it, by the amount of straps you plan on tying down, whatever you're tying down. Then if that number exceeds the amount of weight of whatever you're tying down, then you're hauling safely. Just to give you all my opinion on the straps, I will never really use a normal ratchet strap ever again, just because this takes care of all the hassle that I usually have to mess with, with normal straps. These are the ones I use for my mower on my trailer, but depending on your application, whatever you may be tying down, we have a lot of different options on our website. So go on our website, check it out and pick the quick loader strap that fits your situation best. And that's pretty much it for our look at the quick loader straps and I'm Adam with etrailer..

This easy-to-use, retractable ratchet strap secures cargo and automatically winds onto a spring-loaded spool when you're done. Eliminates the need to tie down excess strap. Coated J-hooks with D-rings attach to anchor points. 3,000 lbs Max load.Generally, this is a great product that has been really helpful to me. However, I had a recent experience in that the strap got caught in the gear and wouldn't tighten. Which really sucked because I was on the road hauling a trailer in the snow when something came loose and I had to pull over. I ended up tying the ratchet strap in a knot and I haven't had a chance to unstick it yet. I very much appreciate the follow up on the part of etrailer though!
Is not retractable and for that price I’m very disappointed they aren’t what I wanted.

I am sorry that this ratchet strap was not what you were looking for. This one is a manual retractable strap. We do have an automatic retractable strap that is probably more along the lines of what you are looking for, like part # EM34416.
I love the no mess retractable straps.
These are the best-no more tangled mess of straps. The recoil feature is great for easy storage and they stay tight better than other ratchet straps I’ve tried.
Products are great as are all the products I've ordered in the past. My only complaint is when I ordered the straps, the website said they were in stock. But it took several days before you even shipped them, which makes no sense to me.

Kitty, I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me a video link to help which I have emailed to you as I am not able to link it here. The best advise to prevent it from happening is to make sure the strap is as straight as possible as if pulled in from an angle it can cause this to happen.
