What are other battery charging options when trailer is parked and not connected to tow vehicle?

You could mount a solar panel on the roof of your trailer which we have kits for and that can keep the battery topped off when it is parked. We have kits with lower wattage like the part # MA36JR which is a 60 watt kit or higher like the part # RED45VR which is a 200 watt setup.
