Hello neighbors. Welcome back. I'm Steve with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at the side rail kit for the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform Racks and those platform racks will be 72 by 56 inches. Now that rack is sold separately, but again, these will be the rails that will provide multiple easy to access tie off points for that kit. Now I got these on the table, but I wanna pop up a picture here.

That's what they would kind of look like if they we inchesre on top of the rack, more that orientation I guess is what I mean. And you can configure these in multiple positions to accommodate your load. They have a nice aerodynamic design that also helps reduce the wind noise and drag. It's a nice heavy duty powder-coated steel construction. It's very strong and rust resistant.

Now it is actually a pretty quick and easy installation. It simply bolts to the platform's top channels with the included hardware. Now I've got tons of these little bitty square blocks and stuff. Let me zoom in real quick. We got tons of these little square blocks.

Those are for making the height different. If you need to raise the height and that kind of thing. You've got all these heavy-duty, hard plastic bases. Here's what the bottom of them looks like. And you can kind of see this groove up top here.

That slide That will slide into the end of these tracks. So let me kind of get over here. So this end piece is not screw down obviously it's just loose fitting for demo, that simply pulls out, that's what one of them N rails looks like. Same thing, it's got nine holes, top and bottom. And again, it is made to match up with that shape. So those groove tracks that I've shown you, those simply slide in or out and you can put 'em at any length you want across the bar. You can add four of 'em up to one bar, however many you want. And again, it's that top channel there that's sliding in. Just a simple, simple installation. And then that end cap again, will go in. And again, you're installing these per the instructions that come with it. It's pretty simple. You even get the included tool here. That's like an attachment for a drill. It's got the star head to tighten everything down. All these bolts are a star head. Now the rails themselves, the actual length is 35 and 7/16 inches long. This whole kit has a nice three year limited warranty. And again, it fits your Pioneer platform racks, 72 by 56 inches. Folks, that's gonna do it for our look today at this side rail kit.
