Where can I find the weight of each hitch?

For your 2023 Toyota RAV4 there is 3 class 3 2" receiver options with the following weights:

Curt # C13416 at 39lbs
etrailer # e23ZR at 39lbs
Eco-Hitch # EH97FR at 47lbs

and 2 class 2 1-1/4" receiver options with the following weights:

Curt # C66KR at 36lbs
Draw-Tite # 36675 at 34lbs.

All of the capacities are so close that I would 100% go with a 2" receiver as it's really the best for any use due to most accessories on the market being made for a 2" receiver, and out of the brands mentioned above I'd go with the etrailer # e23ZR simply due to the matte black powder coat finish we use to best match the black trim on your vehicle as opposed to the gloss black finish most other brands use that really makes the hitch stick out.

Do you have a 2020 Rav4 or a 2021? We don't have hitch fits for the 2021 models at this time.
