How Manually Extend Or Retract A Stabilizer Jack

I have a 5th wheel wilderness glx, how do I manually raise and lower rear stabilizer with out power?

There's guide out there to tell me exactly what stabilizer you have on your Fleetwood Wilderness GLX so I would need to know the exact system before I could give you the correct steps. Typically there will be a manual override spot on the head of any stabilizer.
If you have the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors # UF39-941705 that you were looking at then you would have to remove the motor and use the emergency hand crank. The motor is held on by four bolts that you can easily pop out but you'll want to still support the motor so that the wires don't get damaged.
