Replacement Anti-Billowing Device for Solera Slide-Out Topper Awning

Question:

Hello there, I have a question on my 2019 Thor Freedom Elite 24FE. My driver’s side of the coach has a full length slide and I am looking for replacement parts for the center anti-billow awning keeper and the anti-billow component attached to the front support arm. I can send you pictures if that will help. First, what is the manufacturer and part number of the slide-out awning? My slide awning has the normal arm on each end that allows the awning to retract/extend as I retract/extend my slide. What are the part numbers for these end pieces/arms? There also seems to be some sort of anti-billow device installed on the front of the slide-out awning. It appears to be broken, or nonfunctional. What is the part number for this? Do you have installation instructions so that I might fix it? There is also a piece in the center of the awning, which is affixed to the slide that seems to be some sort of “anti-billow” or awning keeper for the center of the slide-out awning. It seems to hold the awning in place when fully retracted or extended. Is there a part number for this? Or, is there a potential to upgrade this part? Mine is broken.

The only anti-billowing parts we have on our site are designed for Lippert Solera Slide-Out Awnings and come in the following colors:

- Black # LC78FR
- White # LC25TF

These install on the roll bar piece of the awning and the installation instructions are attached for you to reference.

Aside from that I unfortunately don't have a parts list for your 2019 Thor Freedom Elite 24FE so you'll have to look at the awning a bit closer and see if there are any identifiers on the arms or head pieces that you can give me to see if we have any other replacement parts. If your awning isn't a Solera awning then we unfortunately don't have the parts you're needing.
