Recommended Slide Topper Awning For Slide Out Box That Measures 198" wide or 6-1/2 Ft Wide

Can you recommend a slide topper for a slide box that measures 198” this measurement does include the flanges. I’ve looked through the ones that are available and didn’t see the size I needed

I recommend to use the Solera 16-1/2' Slider part # LCV000435661 which matches the boxes width exactly so you will not have side overhang like we normally recommend but it is the biggest slide topper available to fit the 198" width of your box. I know the product page says recommended for slides 188" to 193-3/4" wide because we do recommend to have some overhang on the sides of the slide out but that is not available in your case and it will still fit.

Please keep in mind you need 6" Of clearance beyond the outside edges of the box is required to accommodate the overall length of the assembly. For example, if you have another slide out on the camper it needs to be at least 6" away. I have attached a video for your reference.
