To connect your 2020 Chevy Equinox to your trailer's 5-flat connector, you'll first need a 4-way, and then a 5-flat adapter. The correct 4-way for your Equinox will depend on if you have the Premier model or not:
- Equinox NON-Premier: T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118750
- Equinox Premier: T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118759
With the 4-way installed you'll then use the 5-flat adapter and splice into your Chevy's reverse lights to get that function, and the correct adapter to do that is the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 20036.
