I checked my fuse box and everything is okay but still no power at the plug.

There are a few troubleshooting steps to help you figure out why you have no power.

I would start by making sure that there is not any corrosion or debris blocking your connection points. If they are clean or still no power after cleaning, I would check your grounding connections. Make sure your grounds are firmly connected to a clean, bare metal surface.

Next, test the pins on the connector where the wiring harness plugs into the truck using a circuit tester like Item # PTW2992. This will tell you if the problem is on the wiring harness or somewhere deeper in the truck's wiring. If everything checks out with the pins, then the problem is on the harness, and it can be replaced with Item # 30955. If you are not showing power on that connector then you have a wiring issue somewhere in the truck that needs to be tracked down by inspecting the wiring and seeing if you have something pinched, broken, or disconnected.

If still having issues, let me know and we can keep troubleshooting until we find it.

I cleaned the connector going to try disconnect the brake controller then thought about buying your 7 way connector next

Let me know what you find when disconnecting the controller. You could test the wiring just behind the existing 7-Way as well. If you don't get power on those wires either then you'll know that the connector itself isn't the problem.

If the fuses (and relays) are all good, then there has to be something with the factory wiring that's cutting off power. Inspect the 7-Way at the bumper for any corrosion built up inside the pins, cleaning out as needed, and try to check any wiring you can gain access to to see if there are any damaged or exposed portions that need to be replaced.

@ChrisR I replaced all the fuses that have to do with the brake system and disconnected the brake controller, i checked with a tester the wires going into the plug and no power, there has to be a relay or other fuse somewhere that i cant see, your replacement plug is way different than my factory plug

If you aren't getting any power on the wires going into the connector, then the connector itself isn't the issue. There's something going on with the factory trailer wiring. Since all the fuses are good there's likely a short somewhere on the wiring. Troubleshooting this type of issue will be pretty difficult on your own since the factory wires are going to be hidden - I would honestly take the truck up to a local Chevy dealer to have them take a look.
