LED Tail Lights for Saris MHS System

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look together at this Saris MHS light kit. Now this MHS lighting kit is going to ensure that you are street legal while using any MHS configuration. You're just going to install this kit on any MHS base to ensure that the rear vehicle lights remain visible for any possible scenario. Now what we have here are powerful LED taillights that are DOT and FMVSS 108 compliant.

And I wanna give you a brief demonstration of these lights. As you can see, I do have this connected to my power source already. What you're currently seeing is the taillight in operation. But let me go ahead and just give you another demonstration here of what this is going to look like. So as you can see, that's going to be the driver's side blinkers.

And then let me go ahead and switch my wiring here and show you the passenger side blinkers. And then go ahead and do some more switching around here with my wires. Obviously this is gonna be a whole lot easier when you have this plugged in. But then there's your full brakes. So again, brakes.

And then you'll have your hazard functionality as well. So full tail lights as you can see there. Then turn signal, brakes, and then hazard functionality. Let me go ahead and go back to a wide view here real quick. And I'm gonna turn my lights off just so you can see what this is gonna look like in the dark.

So again, there's our tail lights, full breaks. Really bright, so really visible. And then the hazards, keeping them, just showing you both what they're gonna look like there. So really gonna be clear not only during the daytime. So studio lights are back on. Tail lights and then the brake lights and hazards. So very visible. I think these are going to work really well for you when you have this connected to your MHS. Now let me just talk briefly about these lights themselves. Give you a little bit more of an overview of them. These are very durable. The ultrasonic molded high-quality plastic is going to give you a weatherproof enclosure. And they do, they're even going to give a little bit of flex here. So if you accidentally like bump into this or something, it's not like terribly rigid, so you're gonna get a little bit of a flex there. So these are gonna really hold up well for you. They're gonna be very long lasting. They're IP67 rated, so they're gonna hold up really well against the elements that they're gonna be exposed to. And the wiring kit is designed to fit within your MHS base. So let me go ahead and unplug this here just to give you a view. It's got a really tight fit as you can see which is good. So it does come with this wiring harness. And so this is going to fit within the base of your MHS and the wiring will be out of your way. And then it's going to plug in by the four flat pin connections. So very easy to plug this in. You're not gonna have to be cutting into your wiring or anything like that. Hardware is included then to secure this to your MHS and that's gonna be very easy to install. And I mean it's just, it's really constructed of high-quality materials. So I'm really impressed by that. So it's gonna hold up really well for you. So this is going to be for your MHS base only, designed to be installed on any MHS base. And then it can remain installed while the MHS system is on your vehicle or not in use. Well, I think I'm going, I think that'll wrap up our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.
