In order to mount a single axle on a trailer we recommend using a kit like the Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs part # APS4 which comes with hangers, shackles, and shoulder bolts. These can then be paired with a set of leaf springs like the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring part # SP-220275 which are 25-1/4" long. The spring hangers should then be positioned around 24-7/8" apart while using these springs. That said, we can't provide a full list of hanger spacing for every leaf spring length so you'll need to mock everything up on the trailer before welding.
I don't have an exact angle the shackle strap must be positioned but it should have a slight angle back to the axle which you can see in the attach photo.
