So the rule of thumb with trailer tires is you want at least 3" of clearance from the top of the tire to your fender and at least 1" of clearance between the inside of the tire and your trailer's frame rail. Your current size 4.80-12 tires measure 4.8" wide and 20.5" in diameter, which you'll want to keep in mind. You can go to a larger tire, but it will need to be a 12" tire, with the biggest upgrade being a 5.30-12 tire:

- Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire - 5.30-12 # AM10066

This tire measures 21.9" in diameter and 5.6" wide. It is a load range C tire with a 1,045 lb maximum capacity (per tire). For other capacities there is the load range B (840 lbs per tire) Kenda K353 # AM10064 or load range D (1,250 lbs per tire) Kenda K353 # AM10068.
