A 5.30-12 trailer tire and a 145-12 trailer tire are both very similar. A 5.30-12 tire measures 21.9" diameter x 5.6" wide whereas a 145-12 tire measures 21.3" diameter x 5.7" wide. This means that the new 5.30-12 tire will be .3" taller and .05" narrower than a 145-12 tire. I am almost certain you will have enough room for this but you may want to take a few measurements just to be sure.

For a 5.30-12 trailer tire, we have a load range B (840 lbs) part # AM10064, a load range C (1,045 lbs) part # AM10066, and a load range D (1,250 lbs) part # AM10068. These are all offered with a two year warranty. I have attached a sample review video for you as well.
