No Lights on T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for 2015 Infiniti QX60
Question:
I ordered part #118670 and I am having issues with power getting to the 4 pin. I double checked all the relay connections and they appear to be good. I disconnected the 4 pin where it connects to the oem connection in the back on the passenger side under the vehicle and tested there and it doesn’t seem like it’s getting power there. Any ideas what may be the issue?

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118670 which is a fit for a 2015 Infiniti QX60 is a plug-in-play harness so there isn't much to troubleshoot. The relay harness installs behind the rear, driver side interior cargo panel and the trailer connector harness installs under the rear bumper on the passenger side. There are three relay that install on the harness and two which get installed in the engine bay fuse box. I recommend making sure the harnesses are inserted fully along with the relays in the correct locations. I have also attached a video for you which you can review to ensure a proper installation.
If the above have all been checked and there is still no power, you'll need to either try a new harness or reach out to the dealer so they can check out the factory trailer wiring provisions.
