Robin ,thank you for the swift and helpful solution on the roof unit replacement . What inside unit would you recommend that has the buttons on the ceiling unit itself as I do not have a wall remote , therefore no wires set in the wall . Optionall , is there a wireless remote maybe ?

For a replacement I recommend the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box and Wall Thermostat # ADV94FR. This has everything you need, including a digital thermostat, for a complete replacement. The system has a 13,500 Btu capacity and comes with a 2-year warranty.
If you would like an electric heat pump the # ACMHD can be added on. You also have the option of adding the start capacitor # ACMSCKIT for a power boost if enough power isn't available from your generator or campsite.
