Yes, the Replacement Fender Lighting Repair Kit for Demco KarKaddy SS Tow Dolly # DM67VR will fit your Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes - Tilt Bed Frame # DM9713093.

This kit includes the rubber grommet needed as well as the LED light that measures 4" in diameter.

We do also offer these parts individually if you're interested. For the light you can use # DM45MV, and for the grommet you can use # DM25MV.
