Replaces the rubber tail light grommet for your Demco Kar Kaddy X tow dolly (DM9713093).I can only give three stars. The part is exact, but the design is flawed by the manufacturer. That is why I had to order it. It pops out of the housing. Next time I will glue it in place with silicone adhesive.
