My worn out axel measures 74-1/2 inches the largest 2000 lb axle you sell looks to be 72 inches what should I buy that will work

As you correctly noted, there is not a 74-1/2 inch axle so the only option we have that will work is an axle-less system from Timbren, which is simply bolted or welded so you do not have to worry about finding an axle that meets any specific measurements. For a 2,000 lb axle, you can use the following:

- Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs # A20RS545

The # A20RS545 comes with hubs so you don't have to get new ones, and they give you an improved ride compared to a traditional through-axle. The reason for that is the Timbrens aren't connected by an axle beam, so they work independently, meaning if there is a bump on one side of the road it won't rattle your entire trailer.
