Sway bars in their nature, are a link between the vehicles frame and axle. They will install to both the frame and axle. The Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148 you were looking at installs in this manor and fits F-550 and F-53
Class A Chassis.

I am not aware of a sway bar that only attaches to the axle and not the frame. If you were meaning something else and I misunderstood, please reach out with a little more information and I would be happy to help you further.
