Can I Use the Yakima FullBack Trunk Mounted Bike Rack on a Toyota RAV4?

Can I carry two ebikes on the Yakima 3-bike fullback on my RAV4 as long as 70 lb weight limit is not exceeded?

You can use the Yakima FullBack Bike Rack item # Y02634 on your 2014 Toyota RAV4. The interlocking HUB lets you adjust the base to fit the shape of your trunk or hatch. You will have no problems mounting this bike rack to capacity on your Toyota. You will however be limited to 35 lbs per bike not the maximum capacity of 70 lbs total.
A better option for transporting e-bikes is going to be the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # S94FR. This bike rack fits a 2" hitch and has weight capacity of 70 lbs per bike.
If you need a hitch for your 2014 Toyota RAV4 then I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch item # e98864.
For the FullBack, I recommend using the Yakima item # Y07202 and item # Y07233 to secure your bike rack and bikes to your vehicle. These will prevent your bikes from being stolen.
