Question:
I have a Ram 2500 Quad cab with 6foot 4inch bed. 2 1/2inch receiver. Can I use a reducing to be able to receive and use this 2inch weight distr. shank? I am trying to haul a golf cart with the tailgate down while towing our camper. Thank you

Yes, you can use the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank item # EQ90-02-4600 with a reducer. You would just need the item # 325-GH-007. This will only extend your hitch 18" though. If that isn't far enough to clear your tailgate I recommend using the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer for 2-1/2" item # C45048. This will give you 24"-34" of extra space but will limit your capacity to 6,000 lbs.
You will also need the TorkLift Wiring Harness Extension item # TLW6021 to extend your 7-way the extra distance. This is a 24" extension cord for your campers 7-way.
