The Dexter Actuator Inner Member part # DX99FR is designed as a replacement center section for the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 part # DX56FR which was designed to fit a 3 inch wide by 5 inch tall straight trailer tongue.

If you are looking for a coupler replacement you'd want the # DX56FR.

That means braking axles, or how many axles have brake assemblies. So the #DX39FR can be used on a trailer with one braking axle, while the #DX99FR can be used on a trailer that has two braking axles.
