Troubleshooting A Non-Operating Advent Air RV Air Conditioner
Question:
I have all of the wiring correct. AC unit has power.. and NOTHING. Followed directions. Everything. Not sure what is going on.

The condenser unit for the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box and Wall Thermostat # ADV94FR requires 115v service and the thermostat requires 12v service to properly operate. If all of your wiring is correct, as you stated, then either the power sources aren't meeting the requirements for the unit to operate or the unit is defective.
I recommend checking the power source at condenser unit and at the thermostat with a multimeter like # PT29ZR to ensure that you're getting 115v and 12v to the respective units.
If you have the correct voltages to both units then let me know and we can keep troubleshooting further.
