Expert Reply:

Your only option is to go with taller suspension spring hangers since your axles are already overslung. (Your leaf springs are on top of your axles.) Due to this, you cannot just raise the rear of your trailer, in a safe manner. For example, you will be able to raise the height of your trailer with the Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs - 2-1/2" Front/Rear, 5-7/16" Center, part # APTT1, if your hangers are shorter than 2-1/2". If you provide me with the measurements of your existing hangers I can find a hanger kit to fit your trailer.

Once you get your new hangers, you will have to cut the old hangers off your trailer. The new hangers will have to be welded on in their place. Please keep in mind, raising the trailer will also move the center of gravity of your trailer higher which can lead to trailer sway. You may have to add a weight distribution system to counteract this change.

I have included a product description link, a picture explaining how to measure trailer hangers, and a weblink about raising your trailer's height below.
