Can you give the width and length of the top plate? Thanks

I pulled a Ultra-Fab Rotating, Hitch Mounted Skid Wheel # UF48-979014 from our warehouse to measure the dimensions of the top plate and found that it measures 4-1/2 in length by 3-7/8 inches in width.

I attached a picture and video that shows these measurements.
