Best 4-Way Wiring Harness for 2018 Toyota Highlander

Purchased trailer hitch e98844 and did not purchase harness. What is best recommendation? Or better to purchase from Toyota dealership?

The best wiring harness for your 2018 Toyota Highlander is the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118449. That is assuming you do not have the factory tow package. When it comes to wiring, we have found Tekonsha to be the most reliable. This plugs into existing wiring, providing you with a 4-way to power a trailer's signal lights.
If you do have the factory tow package you need the Curt # 56042 instead. There is no option for a Tekonsha wiring harness if you have the factory tow package so the Curt is the next best thing.
