A class II hitch will have a 1-1/4" receiver and will most likely not have the ability to support your scooter lift. Instead, I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e98841. The etrailer hitch is a class III and has a 900 lbs maximum tongue weight. This is our most popular hitch for your Sorento. It has a matte black finish that matches your Kia and is more durable than the glossy black finish on other options. I have linked an installation video and also a picture so you can see what this hitch looks like installed.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package item # C56332 you were looking at does fit the V6 Sorento models with the factory tow package. I have linked our entire selection of custom wiring harnesses below in case this isn't the correct model. If you need help selecting the correct wiring kit, go ahead and email me back with the specific information about whether you have the V6 or I4 model and whether or not you have the towing package, and I will be happy to help you.
