The primary differences between the EcoHitch # 306-X7365 and the Curt # C13382 Class III hitches are their appearance once they've been installed and their price. The hitch capacity is identical and the install procedure is very similar between the two.
The EcoHitch features a removable receiver tube. If you can't stand the appearance of a trailer hitch once its installed, the EcoHitch would be the best choice. The majority of the Curt # C13382 hitch will be concealed behind the bumper when installed, with only the receiver tube and safety chain loops being visible.
I can see how folks might prefer the fully concealed EcoHitch, but you'll need to ask yourself if the steep price differential compared to the Curt is worth it to you.
I've provided a photo showing what each hitch looks like once installed.
