While the 7' Long CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards # CE27845 are the longest we carry for shipping, we do offer the carpeting separate that you can use on locally sourced lumber. We have a roll that is 12' long and 11" wide in a variety of colors that will cover the 9' boards you need.

Since your bunk boards are right at 12' long I recommend going with the 18' carpet #CE11349 instead of the 12' #CE11350 so that you will have some extra material to wrap around the ends like you mentioned.

I recommend attaching the carpet to your boards using staples. If you wrap the carpet around the board and only staple the carpet on the sides or back of the board, the staples will not scratch the hull of your boat.
