This is going to depend on a number of factors. The weight rating for your Pacifica (you would want to check your owners manual for your weight capacities), the weight capacity of your hitch and the weight capacity of your cargo carrier. I can give you an idea of what that will look like, but you will need to check the weight capacities of the products that you have for the definite answer.
For example, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98903 has a tongue weight rating of 400 lbs., the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # e98874 has a weight rating of 500 lbs. Your maximum weight will always be the lowest number of all parts. So in this instance, even though the carrier can carry 500 lbs. you would only be able to use 400 lbs. because the the hitch can only handle 400lbs.
From what I could find in the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Owners Manual you will have a tongue weight rating of 360 lbs. if you have the tow package and 149 lbs. if you do not. So if you have the tow package the most you can carry is 360 lbs., even though the hitch and carrier are rated for more. If you do not have the tow package you would be restricted to 149 lbs. You also need to factor in the weight of your carrier. So for instance, the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # e98874 weighs 48 lbs. so you would have to add 48 lbs. to your load weight right off the bat.
Again, you would want to consult your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica owners manual for all ratings and requirements.
