To address your question - yes. The top channels in the Vortex Aero Crossbars in the # Y02-490B are the same dimensions as the Thule channels like in the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420.

However, when it comes to finding the fit required for the Thule Hullavator # TH898 on a camper shell, it is a bit complicated. The reason why is because in order for the Hullavator to function in the "down" position, it requires at least 4 inches of crossbar clearance past the feet. In addition to the required four inches, it is also important that the tracks and crossbars have enough space/length in order for the tracks to mount to the edge of your camper shell to allow for that lowered position of the Hullavator.

Since the # Y02-490B includes crossbars that are 59 inches long, the top of your camper shell must not exceed 51 inches wide. The reason why is because if it measures more than that, there will not be enough overhang of the crossbars past the feet. In order to make sure your camper does not exceed these dimensions, I recommend measuring the width of the cap.

If you find that you need more crossbar length for your topper's roof, feel free to respond to this answer with the width of your truck cap's roof, and I will be happy to find you a solution.

The setup with the absolute longest bars that can fit a track system on your camper includes the following parts: - Yakima JetStream Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 70" Long # Y00427 - SkyLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Fixed Mounting Points, Flush Rails, and Track Systems # Y53TR - x2 of the Landing Pad 1 for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers # Y00221 - Yakima 54" Tracks for Roof Racks # Y26RR With this system, your camper shell cannot exceed 62 inches in width in order to use the Hullavator # TH898. The Yakima tracks bolt directly to your camper shell.
