Trailer Hitch Fit for 2018 Dodge Durango GT Blacktop With 19 Inch Wheels
Question:
Will this fit my 2018 Durango GT Blacktop? I think it has 19inch rims on it, but not sure about what the spare size underneath?

The etrailer brand Class III hitch, part # e98901 fits all models of the 2018 Dodge Durango except for SRT models.
I have no way to look up what size wheels your Durango is equipped with, but I found that either 265/60-18 or 265/50-20 were the available stock sizes. As the description states, you won't be able to stow the spare under the vehicle if it's mounted on a wheel larger than 18 inches.
You should be able to read the tire size on the sidewall of the spare. If the size ends in '18', the spare will still fit. If it's a 19 or 20, it will not. What many folks do in this instance is to get an 18 inch spare for emergency use. It's not a great idea to run with one tire smaller than the others, but if you drop the trailer and limp the vehicle to a tire shop to patch or replace the flat, you'll be okay. Under no circumstances should you drive at 'regular' highway speed or tow with a smaller spare installed on the vehicle.
I've linked to an installation video for the hitch.
