Increasing tire size from a 13" tire like the # AM10210 with a capacity of 1,650 lbs to a 15" tire like the # AM10245 with a capacity of 2,150 lbs will certainly allow your tires to handle more weight. There are, however, other things to consider. If you are trying to carry a heavier load, you need to know what the other trailer components can handle. You will be limited by the weakest component. For example, if your axle is rated for 3,500 lbs, that will be your limit.

Another thing to consider is the difference in size. The # AM10210 is 24.1" in diameter with a section width of 7". The # AM10245 is significantly larger with a diameter of 27.3" and section width of 8.1". You may not even be able to fit these on your trailer with the additional height and width.

I have attached some review videos, along with some helpful articles on trailer tires that you can check out.
