Will the EcoHitch # EH84GR fit the 2021 Tesla Model 3? Is there a way to cover the hole in the bumper fascia when the receiver is removed? Thanks!

The EcoHitch # EH84GR is indeed a fit for the 2021 Tesla Model 3, it'll work great for you.

When the removable receiver is detached, the hole in the underside of the bumper fascia can indeed be covered using part # 306-XA2002. I've provided a photo showing the # 306-XA2002 cover installed.
