I do have the right part for you, but the Replacement Wiring Harness for Tow Ready Nissan Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118267 will not work on your 2005 Nissan Titan.

The right part will be the Factory Style 7-Way and 4-Way Flat Vehicle End Trailer Connector # N40975. This will allow you to connect to your factory 7-way wiring.
