Replacement Roller and Fabric Kit for 20' Solera Power/Hybrid Awnings - Sand Fade w/Weatherstrip

This was an exact replacement for a 10 year old camper/awning. etrailer had the materials in stock and the web site was easy to order from. I did note on the tracking info that there was damage reported early in the shipment. When the package arrived at the local terminal I received an delivery scheduling phone call. We discussed the note in the shipping history (the scheduler even sent me a pic from his cell) and I was able to convince the shipper to reject prior to delivery thus saving a good deal of hassle. A phone call to customer service at etrailer explaing the circumstance yielded a quick shipment of another awning. The awning came in a couple days and I was able to get it installed prior to a major trip.

I am extremely happy with my new awning. My original awning was destroyed by my own neglect. ETRAILER.COM was great, ordered a new awning unfortunately came in damaged. It has only been one year, but so far so good. It fit on well,seems an exact duplicate. I dont expect too much from the awning material for the price I paid. I realy needed the roller, but the roller came with the awning, so good deal. The roller seems like very good quality.Definitely worth the price.1642019

I could not use it I thought it was a compete kit but it was just the fabric and drum and I was going to return it but the return cost was as much as the awning. But the service was great just could not use it.1707309
