Yes, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2", # C13203, for your 2022 Chevy Colorado. This is a bolt on installation that requires temporary removal of bumper during installation.
For wiring, I suggest the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Connector, # HM11141164. With this, you can easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your Chevrolet Colorado as the T-connector plugs directly into existing wiring without need to cut or splice any wires.
For a ball mount, I suggest the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500 lbs, # 989900. This will give you two different ball mounts with different rise or drop along with two hitch balls and the pin and clip.
