Yes, the Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails with Installation Kit - Carbide Black Finish # C16200 will work in your 2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty with a short bed and will allow you to use your Pullrite SuperGlide 2700 as it is designed to work with industry standard rails like these Curt Rails.
With all of that said the # C16200 are universal rails that will require drilling into the frame of your truck, so to keep from having to do that I recommend going with the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16443-204 as they were custom designed for your vehicle and will be quicker and easier to install. These are still industry standard rails so your Pullrite hitch will still work just fine.
Lastly to be able to hook up your truck to your trailer you may also be interested in the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56070 which plugs in in-line of your factory connector and adds a new connector to the bed of your truck.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
