The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15801 is one of the more affordable options for adding a 2nd receiver to your 2017 Ram 3500. It will sit below and slightly in from the factory receiver.
For the camper tie down this is one place where I have to recommend getting the frame mounted tie downs versus the more affordable bed mounted tie downs. You do not want to trust the thin sheet metal in the bed to hold all the weight of the camper in place. The TorkLift Front # TLD2131 and Rear # TLR3500 are the ones you will need for your 6-1/2' dually bed.
