The Redarc # RED44FR Tow-Pro Elite, the Tekonsha # 118467 trailer wiring harness and the # ETBC7 brake controller installation kit would all work together perfectly, they're exactly what you'll need.

Can I make a suggestion that would save you some money, though? Instead of the # RED44FR Tow-Pro Elite, I'd recommend the # RED24FR Tow-Pro Liberty instead. The difference between the two is that the Elite offers a user-controlled mode which makes the controller behave like a time-delayed controller. The only time you'd find this useful is if you were towing off road, which you probably wont be doing much of, so there's no reason not to go with the less-expensive Liberty model. The Liberty doesn't include the wiring pigtail, so you'll also need the # RED69FR pigtail.

I'll link to some helpful install videos, showing the Liberty controller being installed using the # ETBC7 kit, as well as to a video that outlines how the controller works.
