Does this require drilling. About how long for installation. And does it use the pre threaded frame holes. Thank you

The semi-custom fifth wheel rail kits like the Reese part # RP30035-522 do require frame drilling since the L-brackets need to attach to the frame of the truck where there aren't holes currently. For a fully custom fifth wheel rail kit that fits your truck you'd instead want the Reese part # RP50054-58 which does not require drilling into the truck frame of your 2019 Ram 2500.
