The Reese/Pro Series 5th wheel hitch head assembly 30099 uses replacement handle part # 58180 that you referenced. I confirmed this with Reese. This handle fits all Reese/Draw-Tite/Pro Series 5th wheels except for the Pro Series sliders. The kit consists of the handle tube, cushioned grip and cotter pin.

For the handle you will need part #58180. For the pins to attach the hitch to the rails use #6014. And for a single pin to hold the head to the base use #6020PIN.

Your 2018 Grand Design Reflection 150 has a Lippert 1621 style pivoting pin box which is the Sidewinder/Revolution part #RP34FR. If you wanted to replace that with the 5th Airborne part #RP78FR you mentioned this would be the correct fit.
