Can B and W Patriot Slider Hitch be Adapted to Fit OEM Pucks of 2024 Ram 2500
Question:
I have the patriot 18k BandW slider currently on rails in my ram 1500. Im getting a ram 2024 2500 with the puck system. Can i get a mount for the pucks that has rails that my hitch will then mount to. What are my iptions

The B and W Patriot slider is the only hitch unfortunately that can't be adapted to fit the OEM rails of your 2024 Ram 2500 as none of the adapters can work with it. So Mike what that means is that no matter how you slice it...it's time for a new fifth wheel hitch like the Companion slider part # BWRVK3670.
