You can take the existing hitch head from your B&W Companion Slider hitch and swap out the base for one that will fit in the pucks of your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500; the part you're looking for is the Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion Slider 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 20,000 lbs # BWRVB3775, which you can put your old hitch head onto.
