Maximum And Minimum Heights Of CE Smith 11" Bolster Assemblies On 3" Crossmembers
Question:
With 11 inch bunk brackets, what is the minimum and maximum height above the cross members? I need to know this in order to clear the bumpers. Thanks

Expert Reply:
I took the following measurements for the CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10001G-4 and the CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-4 that would fit a 3" crossmember.
From the top of the swivel bracket to the inside of the U-bolt(top of crossemember) at its highest point it is 5-7/8".
From the top of the swivel bracket to the inside of the U-bolt(top of crossemember) at its lowest point it is 3-1/2".
You will need to add in the height of your Bunk Boards # CE27840 and/or Roller Bunks # DL21755 that you intend to mount on your trailer.
