The 2 bolts on the Replacement Weight Distribution Bolt-Together Round Bar Head # PS58442 require 250 pounds per foot of torque.

Unfortunately the kit they made to replace those has been discontinued and they have no stock of the old parts. You will need to purchase a new head #PS58442 to have a functional part because the clip will no longer hold that bar in place.
